Which pages are included?

Home, About Us and Contact Us, plus up to two additional agreed pages within the package scope. If you need an online shop or extra pages, that is discussed and quoted separately.

How much is renewal?

Domain and hosting renewal is £50 per year. Any email service charges, edits, maintenance or additional services must be described separately if applicable.

Can you build an online shop?

Yes, online stores can be discussed. E-commerce requirements are assessed and quoted separately unless a written package explicitly says otherwise.

Can you take over my existing website?

Often we can help investigate and plan a transfer, but the options depend on account ownership, access and the current platform or provider.

Do you need my passwords?

No. Please do not send passwords through the enquiry form or ordinary email. We will explain a secure, authorised process if access is needed.

How long will my website take?

A realistic timeframe is confirmed once you have supplied the required text, images, domain preferences and other information we need.

Can I request changes later?

Yes, but changes outside the agreed setup scope may incur an additional fee. We explain the process before the work begins.
