Not included
- E-commerce, online store build, payment gateway integration, product entry, shipping or tax configuration. These are discussed and quoted separately.
- Website edits, redesigns or ongoing maintenance after launch, unless separately agreed.
- Extra mailboxes, premium services, extra hosting space or unlimited revisions.
- Any guarantee that a domain or website account can always be recovered — that depends on the provider and proof of ownership.
How the website is built. Sites are created with AI-assisted tools and then configured for the customer. We don’t claim a site is handcrafted from scratch if it isn’t.

Annual renewal: £50 per year
The £50 yearly renewal covers your domain name registration and 1 GB hosting for another 12 months. It does not include website edits, redesign, ongoing maintenance, additional mailboxes or premium services unless these are separately agreed and quoted.
You can renew from your customer portal at any time.

Yes, online stores can be discussed. E-commerce requirements are assessed and quoted separately unless a written package explicitly says otherwise.
Can you take over my existing website?
Often we can help investigate and plan a transfer, but the options depend on account ownership, access and the current platform or provider.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Please do not send passwords through the enquiry form or ordinary email. We will explain a secure, authorised process if access is needed.
How long will my website take?
A realistic timeframe is confirmed once you have supplied the required text, images, domain preferences and other information we need.
Can I request changes later?
Yes, but changes outside the agreed setup scope may incur an additional fee. We explain the process before the work begins.
