Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These terms apply when you order a website package, enquire about our services or use the customer portal from EasyWebDesignz. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
EasyWebDesignz (“we”, “us”) serves small businesses across the USA, UK and Europe. Contact us at info@easywebdesignz.com.
2. The £99 website package
The standard package includes:
- A 3–5 page website (Home, About Us and Contact Us, plus up to two further agreed pages).
- Registration of one domain name for the first year.
- 1 GB shared hosting and the configuration of one email account.
- An SSL certificate and a contact form that sends enquiries to the email address you nominate.
The £99.00 price is a one-time setup payment. It is not a subscription and there is no monthly fee.
3. Renewals
Domain name registration and hosting renew every year at £50. We will contact you before your renewal date so you can decide what to do. Renewal covers the domain name and hosting only — email accounts, edits, maintenance, extra pages and any additional services are not included unless we have separately agreed them with you in writing.
4. Payment
Payments are taken through PayPal. When we use PayPal.Me, we manually verify receipt before marking an order as paid. If PayPal checkout is connected, payment is confirmed with PayPal before the order is marked paid. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude any VAT that may apply.
5. What we need from you
We need your business details, text content, images and your preferred domain name before we can build. If we are waiting on content from you, agreed timescales may need to move. We will tell you when we need something rather than letting a deadline pass quietly.
6. Scope changes
If you ask for work outside the agreed scope — extra pages, an online shop, animation, custom development, copywriting or extra email accounts — we will tell you the cost before we begin. Nothing outside the scope starts without your agreement.
7. How we build your site
We use modern tools and AI-assisted tooling to design and build sites efficiently. The design and code we hand over is written for your business; we do not resell the same template to multiple customers without telling you. You are welcome to ask how your site was produced and we will be straightforward about it.
8. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full you own the content of your website and the design work we have created for you. We keep ownership of our underlying tools, libraries and any reusable code, and we keep ownership of the trade name “EasyWebDesignz”. We are happy to show our work and credit ourselves as the designer unless you ask us not to.
9. Third-party services
Your site may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, PayPal and analytics. Their own terms apply to you. We are not responsible for changes or outages at services we do not control.
10. Your responsibilities
Please make sure the content you give us is yours to use, and that it is lawful to publish. Do not ask us to build anything unlawful, misleading or infringing someone else’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of business claims (trading hours, prices, licensing, availability) shown on your website.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Because domain registration and hosting are bought from third-party providers, a refund may not be possible once those have been purchased on your behalf. If you cancel before we have started work, we will refund you less any costs we have already committed. After a site is delivered we will resolve specific problems with it free of charge, but a refund is not normally available for a change of mind on a completed project.
12. Availability and support
We aim to reply to every message within one working day, and support tickets in the customer portal are monitored throughout the working week. We do not offer a 24/7 on-call phone line. If your website or email stops working, open a ticket and we will prioritise it accordingly.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email or in the customer portal.
16. How to complain
If something has gone wrong, email info@easywebdesignz.com or raise a ticket in the customer portal. We will acknowledge it and set out what we will do and when.
